The timeline

  • 2012

    Terra Firma Solutions (Pty) Ltd was founded in Cape Town in January 2012

  • 2013

    In February 2013 the Lubner Family and SASFIN Bank became contributing shareholders. Terra Firma Solutions opens its Johannesburg offices.

  • 2017

    In early 2017, Reunert Limited along with Sibu Private Equity became contributing shareholders

  • 2020

    Reunert Limited takes 89% of the shares in Terra Firma Solutions, with Terra Firma becomming a BBBEE Level 2 company.

  • 2021

    In 2021 Reunert and A.P. Møller Capital, announced the establishment of a new joint venture, Lumika Renewables and is now Terra Firma Solutions’ sister company.

Our solutions focus on energy efficiency, solar PV, carbon measurement/management and sustainability strategy development. Other complimentary business units include real time energy monitoring and management software, world class energy efficiency products, Accredited Professional Training, as well as claiming of incentives and accessing tailored financing solutions.
